Vis Art member’s success with CILNI

Many congratulations to David Patton, a member of Vis Art, who entered a competition run by the Centre for Independent Living Northern Ireland - an organisation for people with a disability. David’s work is characterised by his use of vibrant colour and his seascapes are a breath of fresh air.  No wonder CILNI chose his painting to adorn the walls of their office!

David joined Vis Art four years ago after we met by chance and got talking about canvases he wished to purchase. His art, which has always been good, has improved with the guidance of the tutors at Vis Art and David has grown in confidence in his own ability.  Our members are not in the least surprised at his painting being selected.  Barbara
